HR and Admin Supervisor

HR and Admin Supervisor role is to assist the Admin department by performing and supervising on various HR and administrative tasks, clerical duties, and undertake a part of daily Human Resources and Admin operation.

SPECIFIC TASKS:

  1. Preparation of job descriptions, requirement, and vacancy announcements in coordination with department heads;

  2. Create standards for recruitment to hiring process with ideal timetable;

  3. Coordinate over staff recruitment, facilitate selection and hiring process;

  4. Develop onboarding process and materials for newly hired staff (including workstation set-up, email set-up, and preparation of employee ID);

  5. Facilitate on boarding and orientation of newly hired personnel;

  6. Develop a per-department function guide in coordination with department heads;

  7. Create, update, and maintain physical and digital personnel records like job order, employment contracts, time sheets, official business forms and, leave requests;

  8. Check and monitor staff allowances (communication, transportation) and other employee benefits.

  9. Propose initiatives on staff's compensation and benefits;

  10. Coordinate with the department heads for yearly staff evaluation and ensure timely assessment of performances and salaries;

  11. Monitor over workplace health and safety management;

  12. File correspondence and other records;

  13. Take charge of employee relationship management;

  14. Prepare procurement requests for office supplies, office equipment, building maintenance, etc. and perform purchasing function;

  15. Submit reports on HR-related metrics and admin monitoring on a regular basis, and

  16. Perform other tasks assigned by direct superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field

  2. At least 3 years relevant experience in an HR role, preferably in a supervisory role

3, Working knowledge of labor and employment laws

  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills

  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
