Job Title: Procurement Supervisor

Job Specifications:

Education: Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably Business Management.

Experience: At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in Admin/Purchasing or Procurement.

Essential Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Computer literate, Proficiency in MS Office applications. Must be able to prepare comprehensive reports and is able to analyze and interpret data; Has initiative, exhibits objectivity and good interpersonal relations; Customer-centric; Has good communication competency; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Procurement Supervisor will be responsible for facilitating the sourcing, selection, and acquisition of materials, products, and services required by AMI Group.

He/she shall ensure that all given tasks are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with the project timeline and industry standards.

Reports directly to the Procurement Manager.

Responsibilities / Duties:

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

  1. Source new suppliers and recommend them for enlistment on accreditation

  2. Ensure that new suppliers are able to meet AMI standards such as quality of product or service, delivery timeline and costs

  3. Secure and review contracts with suppliers and service provider

  4. Negotiate and secure maximum credit terms and cost with suppliers including direct payment arrangement from Head Office

  5. Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of issuance

  6. Conduct periodic business review with existing suppliers to ensure audit-free transactions and SLA is being met

INTERNAL CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

  1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance and support throughout the procurement process.

  2. Align and coordinate with stakeholder/s on Purchase Order issuance

  3. Ensure correct pricing, quality standards, complete documentation and on time and in full delivery of all purchases

  4. Ensure cost efficiency in all purchases.

  5. Provide innovative products for future needs.

MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

  1. Ensure the proper and strict implementation of the administrative, accounting and personnel policies of the Company

  2. Maintain discretion and confidentiality with files/records and communications

  3. Strictly observes internal policies and guidelines in the performance of his/her duties

  4. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the direct manager from time to time.

Working Relationships:

Internal: Directly Reports to the Procurement Manager. Coordinates with the Operations, Solution Development, HR and Admin Finance, and other Departments as internal customers.

External: Suppliers and any other external entity involved in the performance of his/her duties and responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
