Responsible to perform the following HR duties for (RLG):

a. Assist the HR in the implementation of personnel administration functions, including procedures on recruitment and hiring of new applicants, personnel transfer, benefits administration, retirement and separation, and other related activities, consistent with pertinent policies of the Corporation and government rules and regulations.

b. Assist in training and competency development programs which support and accelerate the strategic goals of the Corporation.

c. Assist in facilitating onboarding requirements for newly hired personnel, including but not limited to preparation of contract of service which may be extended or renewed (yearly).

d. Handle exit requirements in case of resignation/separation of Plantilla and COS personnel and coordinate with Group Head for the replacement of the same.

e. Assist in the processing of payroll/COS service fee computation and timekeeping.

f. Implement programs (e.g. anniversary and year-end celebration, sports festival event, teambuilding, annual physical exam) to enhance engagement and job satisfaction and welfare.

Responsible to perform the following administrative duties for (RLG):

g. Ensure that policies, guidelines and procedures relative to administrative functions in the areas of procurement, property, records, supplies management, and general services (transportation, reproduction, messenger, etc.) are properly implemented

h. Assist in canvassing, posting, payment and preparation of terms of reference, bid documents, request for quotations, abstract of canvass, and other related procurement related documents.

i. Perform property management activities, including custodianship, inventory, recording, and documentation, upkeep, disposal and other related activities.

j. Assist in actual issuance, inventory, documentation and monitoring of office supplies.

k. Perform records management functions including but not limited to inventory, documentation, safe keeping and disposal of records

Responsible to perform the common duties of HR and Admin duties for (RLG):

l. Prepare regular monitoring reports that may be required by the CSS and HRASG Heads and/or the Management

m. Coordinate tasks, where necessary, with other departments and groups in the Corporation and/or with external groups and institutions.

n. Perform other related functions as may be assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,232.00 per month
