
Sales Admin Staff

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares budget and expense of Sales representatives
- With Bidding Experience preferably Regulatory
- with 1 year Experience.
- Manage, follow up and report receivables and collections
- Receive reports from Sales Representatives (SR) their location on a daily basis
- Prepares Sales quotations of SRs
- Follow up pending receivables of SR's sales and prospects
- Update major and minor account of the SR and report to CEO
- Prepares complete government bidding documents before the deadline
- Facilitates the renewal of permits, licenses, certificates and other related documents and ensures its validity for government registration
- Practices proper documentation through systematic filing, safekeeping and preparation of all pertinent documents
- Informs clients regarding company Standard Operating Procedures in connection with medical device and products

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Medical Science or equivalent
- Required Language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
- Experienced in selling medical equipment is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
