Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares budget and expense of Sales representatives
  • With Bidding Experience preferably Regulatory
  • with 1 year Experience.
  • Manage, follow up and report receivables and collections
  • Receive reports from Sales Representatives (SR) their location on a daily basis
  • Prepares Sales quotations of SRs
  • Follow up pending receivables of SR's sales and prospects
  • Update major and minor account of the SR and report to CEO
  • Prepares complete government bidding documents before the deadline
  • Facilitates the renewal of permits, licenses, certificates and other related documents and ensures its validity for government registration
  • Practices proper documentation through systematic filing, safekeeping and preparation of all pertinent documents
  • Informs clients regarding company Standard Operating Procedures in connection with medical device and products

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Medical Science or equivalent
  • Required Language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Experienced in selling medical equipment is an advantage

Pay: Php15, Php23,000.00 per month
