JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of employee benefits and administrative tasks pertaining to processing of company vehicle's registration, licenses and insurances; company property insurances; permits and clearances. Ensures proper documentation and monitoring of all administrative processes at all times.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR TASKS:

1. Receives, facilitates and coordinates processing of employee benefits to SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth.

2. Facilitates processing of all company initiated benefits given to all qualified employees such as : Employee Mobilization Cash Advance; Cash Advances for and Admin. Hire Employees, and all other company benefits given to employees.

3. Maintains a record of all benefits availed by all employees for monitoring purposes.

4. Monitors leave benefits for all Key personnel. Coordinates with HR Assistant for all Leave Applications filed every payroll cut-off.

5. Supports and assists in all HR-related activities at all times

6. Contact applicants Key Personnel for Initial Interview scheduled as per Instructed by MANAGING DIRECTOR.

7. Timekeeping for every Payroll Cut-off

8. Receives and coordinates request for overtime, leave and other absences

9. Assisting Admin and Site workers Medical Checkup.

ADMIN. TASKS:

1. Facilitates processing of travel requirements of employee transfer of assignment to Mindanao Project.

2. Facilitates processing of Newly Hired Project site workers to Project in charge.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepares employee ID for Admin. Hire, Project Site Workers.

2. Encodes and maintains employee information of Admin. Hire workers.

3. Assists in the RECRUITMENT OF MANPOWER NEEDS, especially during onboarding of new Admin. Hire workers. Prepares and facilitates signing and issuance of new hire documents.

4. Encodes employee information of Admin. Hire workers and updates record per movement in the company.

5. Assists the Recruitment Officer in the processing of Transfers in the project site.

6. Files and safekeeps all Admin. Hire documents in the 201 folders.

7. Prepares Manpower Headcount Monitoring Report every after payroll schedule, to be accomplished every Wednesday of the week.Send Plotting and for review for THE MANAGING DIRECTOR.

8. Facilitates processing of change of designation and request for salary adjustment for Admin. Hire workers. Issues Performance Evaluation Form to requesting supervisor to support recommendation.

9. Monitors and facilitates sending AWOL and Abandonment Notice to Admin. Hire workers thru telegraphic communications and other means as the need arises.

10. Facilitates issuance of disciplinary action or Notice of Decision for Admin. Hire workers on AWOL, just in case they showed in the HR Office only.

11. Issues Return To Work Order for workers on AWOL, with approval of the Project Manager.

12. Reports names of Admin. Hire Workers on AWOL, Abandonment of Work and all separated Admin. Hire to DOLE thru online Establishment Separation Report.

13. Receives and submits Exit Clearances of Admin. Hire workers to Accounting for processing of last pay.

14. Coordinates and facilitates releasing of last pay of Admin. Hire workers.

15. Maintains a record of all separated Admin. Hire employees, as well as Blacklisted Admin. Hire Employees who were undesirable and not recommended for rehire.

16. Prepares and issues Certificate of Employment for all employees.

17. Prepares and issues IDs and certification request of subcontractors who will travel to Bacolod City.

18. Issues HR Forms to project sites and key personnel in the Head Office as may be requested.

19. Issues Time Cards to Key Personnel assigned in the project site.

20. Prepares HR requisitions for office supplies and medicines in the Head Office.

21. Serves as custodian for Head Office Medicine Kit and office supplies.

22. In-Charge for routing all HR communications such as memorandum and Policy and Procedures.

23. Supports and assists in all HR-related activities at all times.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education : Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology,

Business Administration Major in Human Resource or

Any Behavioral Sciences course

Experience : At least 2 years of work experience in Construction Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
