Position Title: Junior Recruitment Specialist (Internal)
Work Set-up: Work from Office only
Salary: Php 20,000.00 – Php 25,000.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time (30-Minutes Lunch Break)
Holidays: Gold Coast, QLD, Holidays

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience who wants to enhance their skills, learn industry best practices, and grow within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other platforms.
- Resume Review & Screening: Evaluate resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and suitability.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure recruitment trackers or systems are updated regularly.
- Job Posting & Listings: Assist in creating and posting job ads across multiple job boards and manage active listings.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and provide a positive recruitment experience for all applicants.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding by coordinating documentation, orientation, and initial employee setup.
- Recruitment Tools & Trends: Stay updated on the latest recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices to improve processes.
- CV Formatting: Reformat and standardize candidate resumes to align with company templates and branding.
- Email Drafting: Prepare professional email communications on behalf of the manager, including applicant correspondence and internal updates.
- Video Editing Support: Perform simple video edits, such as cutting, splitting clips, and adding images using tools like CapCut.
Key Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (preferably in an outsourcing or BPO environment).
- Familiarity with candidate sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and reporting.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic design and video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut (preferred but not required).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow within the company.
