Requirements and skills

  • BS- in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, and free jobsites.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Team spirit

Tasks and duties

  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assessing an applicant's knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions.
  • Completing paperwork for new hires.
  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations, and enforcing them within the company.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,300.00 per month
