Join Our Team as a Talent Sourcing Specialist

The Talent Sourcing Specialist (Healthcare) is responsible for building and maintaining high-quality pipelines of healthcare professionals, including physicians (MD/DO) and advanced practice providers (NP, PA, CRNA, CNM, etc.) for both locum tenens and permanent placements. The role partners closely with recruiters to deliver compliant, high-volume candidate flow, optimize response rates, and reduce time-to-fill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source healthcare providers (MD/DO and APP) by specialty and location using LinkedIn, DocCafe, Definitive Healthcare, referrals, and CRM/ATS tools.
  • Build and maintain talent pools by specialty, state, and licensure status (including IMLC-ready candidates).
  • Conduct multi-channel outreach (email, text, phone) to attract qualified candidates within 48–72 hours.
  • Screen candidates for availability, licensure, certifications (DEA, BLS, ACLS), EHR experience, and compensation preferences.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure candidate alignment with client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in the ATS/CRM.
  • Track sourcing metrics, response rates, and conversion performance.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations while representing the company professionally.
  • Meet weekly sourcing goals (150–200 outreach attempts, 20–25 live screens, and 10–12 qualified submittals).

Qualifications:

  • Experience using ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, DocCafe, major healthcare boards).
  • Familiarity with physician and APP specialties, credentialing, and privileging processes.
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail and process discipline; ability to meet measurable weekly goals.
  • Demonstrates urgency, accountability, and data accuracy in sourcing workflows.
  • Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.
