We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will take charge of the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in using various hiring platforms and ATS tools to attract and secure the best talent.

  • Salary Range: PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000
  • Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | Dayshift

The Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process; arrange interviews with the hiring managers and update them on every step of the recruitment process.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Conducting initial interviews.
  • Consistent updates on both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks.

The Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • BS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a relevant field
  • Familiarity with social media, Indeed, JORA, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Manatal / HubSpot)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles
  • Knowledge in LinkedIn Boolean Searches
  • Organize the admin side of the recruiting process and the maintenance of all resumes.
  • Knowledge of software platforms
