Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job advertisements on internal and external job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through databases, online platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment
  • Experience using sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
