GOBRO PH Outsourcing Inc. is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Tech Specialist to join our growing team This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who are passionate about IT and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide initial support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Set up and maintain workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Help manage IT inventory, documentation, and records.
  • Assist in performing routine system tasks like updates, backups, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on projects and system improvements.
  • Respond to internal user support requests promptly and professionally.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Can work well both independently and within a team.
  • Must be located near or willing to commute to Balibago Mt. View.
