Job Description:

GOBRO PH Outsourcing Inc. is on the lookout for a tech-driven, detail-focused Junior Tech Specialist to be part of our expanding team This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to gain practical experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll be assisting in the upkeep of our IT infrastructure, delivering technical assistance to internal users, and helping resolve both hardware and software issues. You'll also have the chance to work alongside experienced IT professionals and grow your technical skillset through real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-line support for technical concerns involving software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Help set up, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and related equipment.
  • Assist in organizing and updating IT records, documentation, and inventory.
  • Participate in system maintenance tasks, such as updates, backups, and security monitoring.
  • Work with the IT team on infrastructure improvements and technical projects.
  • Ensure prompt and professional responses to user support requests.

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in IT or a related field.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
  • Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a tech-driven role.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
