About the role
This full-time role will see you take ownership of a range of HR responsibilities, from employee relations to talent management, all while contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management
- Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
- Participating in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices and processes
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a similar industry or environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels
- Proficient in HR software and data management tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
