· Ensures that all personnel requisition form are duly approved by Management

· Post/ Advertises Job openings internally (inside the property) & externally newspaper advertisements, school campuses and government placement centers.

· Reviews applications to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.

· Conducts prescreening interviews for Outsourced and Direct

· Schedules interviews for the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources. Schedules additional interviews if needed.

· Coordinates with Security for reference and background checks for potential candidates.

· Send job offers to selected candidates approved for hiring.

· Prepares employment contracts for signing of new employees.

· Coordinates and sends new employee for hotel orientation.

· Maintains the 201 Files and secure according to the 201 File Policy

· Works with Human Resources Manager and Department Managers on hiring plans and manpower requirements

· Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

· Attends Job Fairs for recruiting and company recognition and builds networks to find qualified candidates

· Sorts and reviews resumes as they arrive on a daily basis. Manages the flow of paper applications and manages the recruiting email box. Provides a first review of resumes.

· Updates talent sourcing processes per ISO standards including evidences of the compliance of the processes

· Provides daily mancount report (direct and outsourced) to Income Audit for Daily Revenue Report

· Provides monthly mancount report ( direct and outsourced ) to General Accounting Section

· Conducts Account Servicing to assigned departments.

· Undertakes all the duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate head
