POSITION SUMMARY
Administer policies and programs relating to various phases of human resources activity by performing general HR duties with more focused on Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits and Government reports.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general expertise, advice, and counsel in areas including recruiting, compensation, benefits, labor relations, employment law, health and safety, workers' compensation, organizational development, performance management, onboarding, training, and data management and analytics.
- Address complaints and resolve them by implementing innovative solutions. Make changes and suggest improvements wherever required to ensure the proper functioning of the department.
- Performs interview, process and track resolutions on employee issues and concerns.
- Performance Management – Provides management with information required to complete and administer performance reviews for the staff. Process NOPA Forms for approved salary increases when necessary.
- Assist Managers, Supervisors and employees on interpretation and fair and reasonable application of policies/procedures to ensure consistency.
- Conduct orientation with new hires to provide resourceful information concerning benefits and administration, office security and safety and the like.
- Administration and communication of Company Benefit programs.
- Provides timely written and verbal communication to management on various Human Resource issues and challenges.
- Assists with development and implementation of effective employee data management and reporting systems, specifically those that relates compensation and benefits, secure master list are updated and accurate.
- Administration – reviews and ensures compensation is accurate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in BS Psychology, Human Resources, or related area.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience is required. Preferably 3 years of supervisory experience and or of generalist background.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be amenable to work on site (Robinson's Cyberscape 2, Mandalagan, Bacolod City) and graveyard schedule (09:00PM to 06:00AM).

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
