Ø Preferably BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or Behavioral Science related course
Ø Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs
Ø Must have experience In Human Resource system and process
Ø Knowledge on workers statutory monetary benefits
Ø General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
Ø Excellent interpersonal Skill
Ø Excellent computer literacy
Ø Able to exhibit high level of confidentiality
Ø Skills in database management and record keeping
Ø Must be creative in formulating Human Resource Activities
Ø Must be people oriented, diversified and dynamic
Ø Must be proficient and fluent in Hiligaynon, Tagalog and English languages.
Ø Strong in oral and communication skills.
Ø Model supportive and participatory leadership qualities, promote team alignment.
Ø Motivate staff to achieved their stated objectives
Ø Ensure that communications are clear, direct and respectful
Ø Ensure the integrity of the business stated values in decision-making and interactions with others
Ø Use the interest-based problem solving method to resolve issues
