Job Summary:

The Human Resource Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the HR department. This role assists in implementing HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, and other HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. A background in psychology helps in understanding employee behavior, supporting recruitment, and handling employee concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial interviews, and preparing job offers).
  • Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Assist in implementing training and development programs.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and other timekeeping records.
  • Prepare HR-related reports (recruitment status, employee turnover, etc.).
  • Help in administering company policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in handling employee relations, grievances, and engagement activities.
  • Provide support in payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee data.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
