Job Title: HR SPECIALIST/PEOPLE SPECIALIST
Job Specifications:
Education: Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably Human Resource Management/Psychology.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year work experience in any HR Role.
Essential Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Computer literate, Proficiency in MS Office applications. Must be able to prepare comprehensive reports and is able to analyze and interpret data; Has initiative, exhibits objectivity and good interpersonal relations; Has good communication competency; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
· The HR Specialist supports the human resources department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
· Indicated below are the specific duties and responsibilities of the HR Specialist:
Maintaining and updating employee files and records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with company and legal standards.
Handling confidential information with discretion and ensuring data privacy compliance.
Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation schedules, and training arrangements.
Managing offboarding tasks, including conducting exit interviews, collecting company assets, and finalizing employee clearances.
Assisting in the payroll process by gathering timesheets, verifying attendance, and preparing payroll reports.
Supporting benefits administration by answering employee questions, processing enrollments, and assisting with claims or other benefits-related issues.
Generating reports on employee statistics, attendance, and turnover, and providing insights based on data. Using HR information systems (HRIS) to manage and retrieve data, and troubleshooting any technical issues with the system.
Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assisting in organizing team-building activities, employee engagement events, and recognition programs.
Managing HR correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing HR documentation
Supporting the HR team with various projects, data entry, and administrative tasks as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
