About the role

Join the dynamic team at Select Goods' as our new HR Employee and Relations professional. In this full-time role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for maintaining strong employee relations and ensuring a positive, productive work environment. Your expertise in industrial and employee relations will be instrumental in supporting the overall HR strategy and contributing to the continued success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to foster open communication and address workplace issues effectively
  2. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances and complaints, and recommend appropriate resolutions
  4. Collaborate with the HR team to plan and deliver employee engagement activities, training, and development programmes
  5. Stay up-to-date with employment legislation and industry best practices, and ensure the company's HR practices comply with all relevant regulations
  6. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, and prepare reports as required
  7. Contribute to the overall HR strategy and initiatives that support the company's long-term objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar employee relations or HR generalist role, preferably within the human resources industry
  2. Strong knowledge of employment laws, labour relations, and HR best practices in the Philippines
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively mediate conflicts
  4. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions
  5. Proficient in HR data analysis and report generation
  6. Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  7. Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
