An Associate Manager reports to a Senior Manager for Human Resources in HCLTech Philippines. The role oversees the policies and tasks of the HR team within a company. The Associate Manager responsible for employee relations, engagement, and employee development.

Associate Manager responsibilities are as follows:


• Great understanding of Employee Relations and Philippines Labor laws.


• Excellent in reviewing and writing disciplinary action documents.


• Work closely with department managers (Team Leads, Operations Managers) and manage expectations.


• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues


• Develop company policies related to employee relations.


• Negotiate with employee representatives.


• Handle Project management within the Human resources department.


• Work closely with Deputy Manager - Human Resources


• Support HR team with employee engagement.

Requirements and skills


• BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field


• Proficiency in with MS Office


• Good understanding of full employee lifecycle


• Organizational skills
