About the role

Join Select Goods' HR team as an HR Employee Relations professional based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Your strategic insights and expertise will contribute to the overall well-being and engagement of our workforce.

What you'll be doing

  1. Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management
  2. Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair and objective manner
  3. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
  4. Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal policies
  5. Provide training and guidance to managers on best practices in employee relations
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee relations matters
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in employee relations or industrial relations within a large, complex organisation
  2. Strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relations
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  4. Proven track record of resolving complex employee relations issues in a fair and objective manner
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations
  6. Proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on delivering practical solutions
  7. Relevant degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
