  • Shows thorough knowledge, understanding, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Addresses and resolves any questions, concerns, or issues related to policies, benefits, or other personnel matters.
  • Ensures that operations are compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations and ordinances particularly those related to human resources activities.
  • Demonstrates a broad knowledge across HR functions to effectively anticipate risks, implications, identify patterns, diagnose outcomes, and solutions through behavioral and data insights
  • Supports the administration and communication of company-wide human resources policies, programs, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements . This includes coaching, interpretation, investigation, and guidance on corrective/progressive solutions to sustain compliance.
  • Develops a high level of business knowledge and a strong partnership with employees and managers on HR related matters. This position will work closely with operations on HR related matters.
  • Leads and conducts employee investigations. Tracks and provides feedback regarding employee grievances in accordance with policy.
  • Manage areas such as workers' compensation, unemployment, and leaves of absence.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HRBP or Employee Relations Specialist in a US-based company supporting US staff.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Skilled in employee investigations, grievance handling, and performance management.
  • Familiar with workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and leave management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certification a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php90,000.00 per month
