Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and take orders via chat, call, or online platforms
  • Encode orders and customer information in the company's master list or system
  • Issue official receipts for customer transactions
  • Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly
  • Monitor and track all orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist customers in booking deliveries or coordinating with riders/couriers
  • Help with packing and dispatching of food items, ensuring product is in good condition.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all orders and customer details
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with post-order concerns
  • Check with management to verify payments before confirming orders
  • Coordinate with the kitchen for advance and same-day orders
  • Send confirmed orders to the right branch

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate or College level/College Graduate
  • Preferably with experience in order coordination, customer service, or food industry operations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Google Sheets, chat platforms, etc.)
  • Willing to work on-site and on rotational or shifting schedules (if needed)
