About the role

Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Order to Cash Supervisor to join our growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will lead O2C operations across billing, cash application, and collections., and other duties assigned.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead O2C operations across billing, cash application, and collections.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and control compliance in AR processes.
  • Coordinate dispute resolution and collection strategies with stakeholders.
  • Oversee month-end closing for AR and revenue processes.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement within O2C.
  • Review and approve billing, adjustments, reconciliations, and AR reports.
  • Monitor AR balances and reduce overdue accounts via proactive collections.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Treasury to resolve issues quickly.
  • Ensure revenue recognition and internal control policies are followed.
  • Lead close activities and standardize O2C processes.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Possess 4–6 years of experience in order-to-cash or accounts receivable operations.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and AR reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of internal controls and financial policies.

  • Experience managing teams in a shared services setup.

  • CPA or finance certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with credit and revenue management tools.
