Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused
Order Management Coordinator
to join our operations team. This role is responsible for managing the
end-to-end order fulfillment process
—from processing customer orders to coordinating deliveries and ensuring accurate, on-time execution.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in
order processing
and
logistics coordination
, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work closely with sales, warehousing, and logistics teams. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional service to customers.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
    .
  • At least
    3 years of experience
    in
    order management
    or
    customer service operations
    .
  • Proficient in
    order entry, tracking, and delivery coordination
    .
  • Strong understanding of sales order workflows and fulfillment procedures.
  • Experience working with ERP or order management systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and customers.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and scheduling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle time-sensitive requests.
  • Reliable, proactive, and customer-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to follow a
    hybrid work schedule
    , with most days spent onsite for close coordination with operations teams.
