About the role

Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Order to Cash Associate to join our growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will execute end-to-end order-to-cash processes including billing, collections, and cash application. Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting and control standards, and other duties assigned.

What you'll be doing

  • Process and post customer invoices and receipts accurately in the ERP system.
  • Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to resolve unapplied cash or payment discrepancies.
  • Support timely collections by following up on outstanding balances and coordinating with business teams.
  • Prepare daily cash application and AR aging reports for management review.
  • Assist in month-end and quarter-end close processes related to AR and revenue recognition.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy, collection efficiency, and cash posting automation.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or order-to-cash operations.
  3. Understanding of revenue recognition and AR accounting principles.
  4. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
  5. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Experience in shared services or multinational environments.
  7. Knowledge of automated billing and cash application tools.
  8. Understanding of credit management and AR performance metrics.
