The Order Fulfillment Manager ensures the accurate, efficient, and timely processing of customer and sales orders across all distribution channels. This role is critical in bridging commercial and logistics operations to guarantee high service levels, optimized delivery performance, and customer satisfaction in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management & Coordination

  • Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle—from order receipt to final delivery—to ensure on-time, complete, and accurate shipments.
  • Validate sales orders against inventory, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams for order prioritization, allocation, and dispatch planning.
  • Monitor daily and weekly order cut-offs and delivery SLAs for modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Interface

  • Collaborate with warehouse operations to manage stock availability, product freshness, and dispatch accuracy.
  • Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO execution and reconciliation of variances between system and physical inventory.
  • Work closely with Demand Planning and Procurement to prevent stock-outs and aging inventory.

3.Process Optimization & Systems Management

  • Develop and implement process improvements to shorten order cycle time and reduce order-to-cash bottlenecks.
  • Utilize ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) for real-time monitoring and reporting.
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF (On Time In Full), Order Accuracy, and Fill Rate.

4. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards (FDA, BIR, DOLE, etc.).
  • Prepare and present periodic fulfillment performance reports and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in order fulfillment and customer service within an FMCG or distribution-intensive company.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, logistics processes, and customer delivery operations.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analytics for KPI tracking and performance reporting.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills under fast-paced environments.
