JOB ROLE:

The Order Processor is responsible to support the operations through timely and accurate processing of store orders in close coordination with stores, 3rd party warehouse providers, suppliers and planning analysts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ORDER AND STOCK MANAGEMENT

·       Helps check for duplication and validates suspicious orders prior to confirmation of pick list.

·       Coordinates with suppliers for direct orders and communicates any issues related to these orders which may include supply issues, holiday schedule adjustments, etc.

·       Processes Stock Transfer Orders (STO) and Direct Orders from stores/cafes and converting these to pick lists and Purchase Orders to support timely issuance and delivery of stocks to stores.

ORDER AND STOCK MANAGEMENT

·       Coordinates with planning analyst, MM data in charge, MIS, for any issues related to material master set up which may include extension of an item code to proper plant codes, investigation and correction of certain field/s in the Material set up that can lead to resolution of issuance problems.

·       Communicates all other requests from warehouse such as R&D requests, HRD requests etc, and ensures proper charging to correct cost center is documented in the system.

·       Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven demand planning and/or forecasting experience preferably in Food or FMCG industry.
  • Preferably graduate of bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Management, Business or any related field.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP system
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Has excellent communication skill (both written and verbal) and demonstrates attention to details.
