JOB SUMMARY: The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for managing the fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery. They will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction across multiple sales channels. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of B2B and B2C order fulfillment processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Process and validate sales orders from B2B channels (Distribution, Aero, Corp, ARS and Service Center "TekMage")

·      Coordination and checking of stock availability to internal counterparts such as inventory to ensure on fulfilling customer orders and request.

·      Processing of order request in SAP such as inventory transfer and delivery receipt.

·      Coordination with different sales channel for the order and price related concerns.

·      Coordinate with warehouse releasing team and logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders to customers.

·      Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, invoices, and partner documentation.

·      Collaborate with finance and accounting for billing, payment reconciliation, and credit management.

·      Conduct quality checks on products after picking to ensure they are accurate according to the picklist.

·      Resolve customer complaints and to make sure to give updates and resolution in a timely manner

·      Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the fulfillment process,

·      Prepare reports and provide insights as requested.

·      May be assigned other relevant duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·      Graduate of any four-year bachelor's degree

·      Proven experience in B2B, B2C and ecommerce fulfillment or a similar role within the retail industry

·      Familiarity with using ERPS, WMS and OMS.

·      Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing

·      Good communication skills and the ability to professionally interact with customers
