We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician / Drafter to join our growing interior design studio.

This is a remote position, ideal for candidates located internationally, provided you can

collaborate effectively with our team and adjust to our project timelines.

Location & Hours:

This role is remote, with communication and project coordination aligned to the Vancouver,

British Columbia, Canada (Pacific Time Zone). Applicants outside of Canada are welcome,

as long as they can reliably work within these hours.

Responsibilities:

● Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction documents for interior design

projects.

● Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into accurate CAD or BIM drawings.

● Develop 3D models and renderings to support client presentations.

● Maintain drawing standards, layers, and project file organization.

● Assist with revisions, updates, and coordination of plans throughout all project phases.

Requirements:

● Proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD (knowledge of both is an asset).

● Strong BIM drawing capabilities.

● Experience with 3D rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray,

Rhino, Enscape, Revit, or equivalent.

● Knowledge of interior design workflows and construction documentation.

● Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

● Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Diploma/degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

● Previous experience in an interior design or architectural firm.

● Familiarity with Canadian (BC) Building Code standards is an asset.
