Lead Technician

About This Role

We're hiring on behalf of an innovative Electric Vehicle charging company based in Australia.

You will work remotely from home.

This is a hands-on, mid-level technical leadership role.

You will build processes and support customers and technicians.

Experienced solar designers with experience with international clients are encouraged to apply, but all profiles are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and installation designs for EV charger and battery installations.
• Develop best practices for improved customer service and installation quality.
• Work with installers to resolve technical questions
• Provide remote technical support to customers for the most complex queries.
• Liaise with manufacturers to resolve hardware-related concerns
• Build team processes, playbooks, and training materials.

Salary increases at 6, 12, and 18 months based on your experience and progress.

Who We're Looking For

We're open to a variety of profiles, including but not limited to:

• Electrical engineers and designers
• Technically minded project coordinators
• Experienced support engineers or service desk professionals

Preferred Backgrounds and Qualifications (not all required):

• Background in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with EV chargers, solar, or related electrical equipment.
• Experience doing process improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working with international clients or suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in process improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 per month
