Outbound Sales Representative

Work from Home, Philippines Quick Sidekick Full time CA$12,000 - CA$24,000 per year

We are a home services business serving New Jersey and Canada, looking for motivated individuals to join our outbound sales team.

Position & Duties

  • Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to homeowners and businesses.
  • Generate qualified leads that meet company criteria.
  • Log all leads into the provided Google Sheet daily.
  • Update notes on customers in Google Docs when provided.
  • Work 8 hours per day, starting at 10:00 AM New Jersey time (EST), Monday to Friday.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $500 CAD per month (paid biweekly $250 CAD).
  • Commission: $5 CAD per qualified lead.
  • Bonus: 5% commission on any closed jobs that come directly from your leads.

Earning Potential Example:

  • 20 qualified leads in a month = $100 CAD
  • If 4 of those leads close into $2,000 CAD in jobs = $100 CAD commission
  • Total monthly pay = $700 CAD (base + leads + commission)
  • Top performers can earn $1,000 CAD+ per month with consistent lead generation.

Requirements

  • Strong English speaking skills (must sound confident and clear on calls).
  • Prior experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is a plus.
  • Reliable internet and ability to work New Jersey time hours.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
