We're on the lookout for a tech-savvy, solutions-driven ICT Technician to join our fast-paced digital marketing team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things IT, from keeping our systems running smoothly to making sure the creative team has the tech support they need to bring big ideas to life. Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for IT support, hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, and digital tools for the team.
  • Keep our network and internet running at top speed with minimal downtime.
  • Manage user accounts, access levels, and security across company platforms.
  • Run regular system updates, data backups, and security checks.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly to keep projects and campaigns on track.
  • Support the smooth use of marketing and creative platforms (Google Cloud, CRMs, analytics tools, etc.).
  • Stay on top of cybersecurity best practices to keep company and client data safe.
  • Keep IT equipment organised and documented (licenses, devices, software, etc.).
  • Work with external vendors when specialist support is needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Previous experience in an ICT Technician or IT Support role.
  • Solid knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and cloud-based platforms is a big plus.
  • Comfortable with both Mac and Windows environments.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity basics.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain tech solutions to non-tech colleagues.
  • A problem-solver with the ability to juggle multiple requests at once.
