CAD/BIM Technician

Position Overview:

WBD Group is currently seeking a CAD/BIM Technician to join our Structural/Civil Engineering Consultancy in London. Consultancy in London. We are looking for a candidate with a background in architecture and proficiency in AutoCAD.

With a specific emphasis on façade experience, you will play a crucial role in influencing project design and development. Your expertise will significantly contribute to accuracy, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure that all designs conform to established industry codes, standards, and regulations.
• Actively participate in project coordination meetings, providing updates on design progress and insights.
• Prepare detailed façade drawings and models, ensuring accuracy in structural components, materials, and installation details.
• Coordinate façade designs with structural and MEP elements to ensure seamless integration.
• Assist in reviewing and modifying façade details to meet project specifications and technical requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3-7 years of experience.
• Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD) and Revit.
• Familiarity with architectural and engineering design concepts.
• Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Previous experience in BIM MEP modeling is advantageous.
• Relevant certification or diploma in CAD/BIM technology is a plus.

Pay: Php43, Php45,000.00 per month
