Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create architectural floor plan packages using Autodesk Revit for architecture, construction, and engineering projects
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure drafting accuracy and compliance with established standards
  • Develop DWG and RVT models using Autodesk Revit for various design and construction requirements
  • Create 3D isometric models for interior design and virtual staging, including selecting furnishings, materials, and artwork
  • Generate iGUIDE floor plans using proprietary software for residential, commercial, and restoration projects
  • Produce ESX floor plan sketches using Verisk's Xactimate software for insurance restoration claims
  • Report production issues and collaborate with team leads to implement solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
  • Support non-drafting activities such as AI annotations, marketing research, and data gathering
  • Manage daily tasks effectively to achieve KPI targets and maintain consistent performance
  • Perform other duties as required to support overall team operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in architectural or engineering drafting
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software
  • Strong understanding of drafting standards and practices
  • Proven experience in preparing detailed floor plans and ensuring accuracy in outputs
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in addressing drafting and software challenges
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Adaptability to work with various CAD software and handle diverse project types
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
