JOB PURPOSE:

The Franchise Management Services Lead is responsible for managing and growing the Generika Drugstore's Franchise Network leading the end-to-end franchisee lifecycle from developing franchisee pipeline, pre-onboarding and onboarding activities. This role ensures proper execution of documentation and processes—from pre-approval to consolidation and issuance of franchise-related agreements and certificationsup to collaboration to different internal teams for store set-upand fosters strong franchisee relationships to drive business growth and maintain franchisee engagement.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Franchise Recruitment

  1. Responsible for sourcing of potential franchisees thru business presentation, effectively communicating the value proposition and operational benefits of partnering with Generika Drugstore.

  2. Develop qualified leads to fully acquire/franchise a Generika Drugstore.

Franchise Pre-Onboarding

  1. Conduct thorough assessment and screening of franchisee applicant and their submitted credentials following the standard criteria for a new franchisee.

  2. Conduct site presentation together with a prospective franchisee applicant of sites ready for franchise.

  3. Discuss comprehensive franchise policies governing the operations, rights and obligation of a Generika Franchisee.

Franchise Onboarding

  1. Spearhead onboarding process and address franchisee concerns related to pre-opening activities ensuring franchisees are on track with store opening activity and timeline.

  2. Lead the end-to-end process of collection of payment, application and submission legal documents and other requirements related to the contract execution of Generika franchise

  3. Collaborate with internal teams such as Retail Development, Network Development, HR, L&D and operations to ensure timing and smooth launch of franchise store.

Franchise Opening

  1. Facilitate complete turn-over of documents and other necessary details to Operations making sure all documentation, terms and payments are in compliance with the Franchise Agreement.

Documentation & Compliance

  1. Drive compliance of prospective franchisees together with documentation team through the necessary pre-approval processes, ensuring all regulatory and company-specific criteria are completed prior to store set-up.

  2. Oversee the adherence and completion of pre-opening legal and regulatory documents, including notarized Contract of Lease (COL) and Franchise Agreement.

Franchise Marketing

  1. Execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand-building programs to generate pool of franchisee leads.

  2. Spearhead franchise recruitment activities such as campaigns, events, expo, LGU and professional organization partnership and other lead generation channels.

  3. Actively participate to all Franchise Organization to build brand trust and strategic partnership in Franchising Level

  4. Develop and update franchise marketing materials such as franchise kits, flyers, website contents, advertising, materials, ad placements and feature articles in coordination with Marketing department.

  5. Conceptualize and design incentive programs aimed to attract new franchisees and grow the store network for existing franchisees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Willing to travel on a regular basis from Luzon to Mindanao

· At least 5 years of experience in retail, franchise operations, or business development.

· Strong understanding of franchise business models and regulatory requirements.

B. COMPETENCIES:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve franchisee concerns, build and maintain relationships with franchisees.

· Knowledgeable and experienced in social media platforms, content creation, and basic digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

· Professional Skills: Experience in Account Management, Retail Operations, Business Development, Franchising, Site Acquisition and Negotiation, Process Improvement, Client Relations, Project Management, Public Speaking and Events

· Technical Skills: MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Video Editing, and Canva.
