Food Service Division (FSD)

FSD is the team behind Minute Burger, a pioneer in Buy 1, Take 1 burgers with over 600 stores nationwide, and BBQ Bob, which brings delicious barbeque meals to Filipino customers. Main Duties/Responsibilities
Research & Data Gathering
Conduct background research, benchmarking, and market/industry analysis for proposed projects and feasibility studies.
- Collect and verify data from internal departments and external sources to support decision-making.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for the Executive Committee.
Project Coordination
Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and timelines based on inputs and commitments from involved departments.
- Track progress of project activities, identify delays or bottlenecks, and escalate issues as necessary.
Maintain project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are updated on project status.
Interdepartmental Liaison
Act as the point of contact between the Project Manager and relevant departments (Purchasing, Engineering, Accounting, Treasury, etc.).
- Follow up on deliverables and ensure timely submission of required information from departments.
Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and monitor action points.
Administrative & Reporting Support
Draft, edit, and format project-related reports, memos, and communication.
- Organize and maintain project files and research archives for easy access.
- Support preparation of executive-level presentations and board materials.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in research, project coordination, or administrative support (preferably in a corporate environment). Fresh Graduates may apply.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work across multiple departments.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
