Client Servicing Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. PRE-SALES
- Franchising of accounts
- Facilitate request for list of accredited providers
- Preparation of bidding documents needed for account negotiation
2. ACCOUNT INSTALLATION (ABC)
- Check completeness of document/s provided by Sales as reference for SOB set-up
- Set-up confirmed benefit/s with accuracy and within the desired TAT.
- To prepare summary of coverage (SOC) based on set-up plan & benefits for distribution to clients
- Prepares and release TPA Quotation requests
- Ensure and monitor account's NoReply and activation in the system
3. AFTER SALES
- Admin activities -Process PR requests, car requests, CA's, reimbursements, liquidations
- Routing of documents – NTP, SPA, Corporate guarantee, suretyship, dental forms
- Track operations compliance on IDs and billing
- Facilitate utilization extraction
4. CLIENT SERVICING
- Handle and respond with client queries regarding their confirmed healthcare program
- Manage client concern for out-patient availment
- Manage scheduling and coordination of Pre-Employment Examination , Offsite and On-site Annual Physical Examand Executive Check-up (ECU)
- Coordinate with Event wellness officer for accounts wellness requirement.
- Manage in membership endorsement for both for New business and renewal business (inclusion/deletion)
- Manage orientation schedule of the account and sales
- Provides assistance in absence of the Dedicated Support Assistants/Officer
5. REPORTS
Consolidates and prepares the following reports:
- Daily ECU Report
- Daily APE report
- Daily Wellness Report
- Daily ID Cards, Initial SOAs, Billing report
- Daily Account Installation Status Report
- Daily Franchising Report
- PR Request report
- Admin Report
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree graduate of any related course
- At least 6 months exposure in Sales Support Field
- With knowledge in olicy/ procedural and documents requirements for franchising is an advantage
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications
- With good attention to details and good communication skills.
