This position requires being in charge of the network expansion for all brands, focusing on internal and external coordination activities. Focuses on project management of all store openings, effective lease management, and franchise documentation. Facilitates activities in the areas of Network Planning, Site Selection, Negotiation, Acquisition, and Mall Coordination. In charge of the growth of Cabalen's store network through the recruitment of competent franchisees/investors.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years experience working as a Business Development Manager or similar role
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to travel as needed.
