The Franchise Officer is the primary operational and development link between Waffle Time Incorporated and its network of Franchise Partners. This role is responsible for driving brand compliance, maximizing unit profitability, and supporting the growth and integrity of the Waffle Time franchise system across all phases of the franchise lifecycle.

II. Core Responsibilities
  • Operational Compliance: Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews to ensure strict adherence to Waffle Time's established operational, quality, and food safety standards.
  • Performance Consulting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial data to coach franchisees on improving sales, inventory management, and overall unit profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees, fostering professional relationships and ensuring timely resolution of operational concerns and inquiries.
  • Franchise Development: Participate in the recruitment, vetting, and onboarding of new franchise partners, including site selection assistance and orientation training.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate records of franchise agreements, compliance reports, and operational communications. Efficiently communicate new company policies and marketing initiatives.
