Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Bridges Framework Consultancy Co. Full time ₱180,000 - ₱250,000 per year

DUTIES:

  • Must have proper knowledge about the whole operations of the restaurant both Back and Front of the House.
  • Must have the needed product knowledge related to the restaurant / brand.
  • Assist the Franchise Relations Manager in training franchise' new employees on the restaurant's standard policies and procedures.
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Strictly observe if all the franchise are following to these policies.
  • Identify and assess current and future training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals and consultation with Franchise Relations Managers.
  • Assist in developing the procedures to a much effective way for a best customer service that the restaurant can offer.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Manage training budget.
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing development
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven work experience as a Training Staff/ Officer
  • Experienced in a supervisory position in a food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication (and leadership) skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
  • Good computer and database skills
  • BS degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
