Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Marketing Support
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for franchise branches.
  • Coordinate social media postings, promotions, and brand-related announcements.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and compile weekly/monthly reports.
  • Support franchisees in implementing brand guidelines and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for marketing collaterals and promotional items.
  • Administrative Support
  • Manage and organize franchise documents, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communication memos for management and franchisees.
  • Assist in processing franchise applications, renewals, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to franchise operations.
  • Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications.
  • Franchise Operations Assistance
  • Provide frontline support to franchisees regarding operational concerns.
  • Assist in onboarding new franchisees and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Purchasing) to support franchise needs.
  • Customer Service & Communication
  • Handle inquiries from potential franchise applicants.
  • Respond promptly to emails, calls, and messages related to franchise and marketing matters.
  • Ensure consistent communication flow between main office and franchise branches.
  • Other Duties
  • Perform other marketing and administrative tasks assigned by management.
  • Uphold company brand standards and ensure all franchise branches comply with guidelines.
