Business Development Staff (Manufacturing Division)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, distribution, institutional, and export markets.
- Build partnerships with supermarkets, dealers, hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients (B2B and B2C).
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis to support product expansion and market growth.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Logistics for pricing, capacity planning, and order fulfillment.
- Assist in product launches, client negotiations, and contract preparation.
- Track performance of new business accounts and prepare sales and profitability reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Industrial Management (MBA is an advantage).
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge in sales planning, costing, and process coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Business Development Staff (Franchising Division)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the franchise network locally and internationally.
- Handle franchise inquiries, applications, and qualification assessments.
- Coordinate with Legal, Design, Operations, and Finance for franchise documentation, costing, and proposal preparation.
- Support franchisees throughout the process—from reservation, approval, pre-opening, to turnover.
- Identify new markets and strategic locations for expansion.
- Conduct market studies and evaluate franchise performance and profitability.
- Represent the company in trade fairs, franchise exhibits, and business matching events.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in business development, franchising, or account management.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations and market research.
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or ERP tools is an advantage.
- Professional, goal-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
