Key Functions and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Execution

  • Actively source and qualify leads through referrals, outreach, and prospecting
  • Pitch and promote FOREX and cross-border payment solutions to potential corporate clients
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings and product presentations
  • Build a pipeline of potential clients and consistently work to close new accounts
  • Drive sales activities to meet or exceed targets

Client Onboarding Support (Post-Sale)

  • Once a deal is closed, assist new clients in completing onboarding documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and account activation
  • Provide clients with guidance on using our trading tools and platforms

Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with acquired clients to ensure service satisfaction
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends to offer relevant recommendations

Reporting & Compliance

  • Track all leads, contacts, and opportunities using internal CRM tools
  • Ensure compliance with AMLC, BSP, and company regulations during onboarding
  • Submit accurate reports on sales activities and client statuses

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree holder in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field
  • Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills;
  • Confident in presenting to clients and handling objections;
  • Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset;
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong interest in corporate sales;
  • Background or familiarity in FOREX, financial services, or B2B sales is a plus;

You'll have the flexibility of working remotely for the majority of the month, while still being able to connect with the team and collaborate at our headquarters located in the vibrant Legaspi Village, Makati.
