  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
  • Sourcing corporate clients within and outside the area.
  • Generates leads through telemarketing, online searches, network, fieldwork etc.
  • Client visits to introduce the company and product. Schedules and product presentations and demonstrations to clients as needed.
  • Coordinate with Credit and Collection in ensuring 100% collection of accounts receivable 30 days past due.
  • Setting KPI target performance for Sales and Margin.
  • Monitoring of branch aging items and inventory level.
  • Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are implemented and undertake disciplinary actions if needed.
  • Ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are submitted on time.
  • Handle all complaints promptly and thoroughly.

Job Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years' experience as Corporate Manager
  • Graduate of any IT related course
  • With exposure in handling B2B or Corporate Accounts
  • With experience in IT Industry
  • People Management / Analytical skills
