About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Corporate Sales professional to join our team at Maxicare Healthcare Corporation. In this role, you will support our Corporate Sales team in securing new business partnerships, expanding our customer base, and ensuring excellent service delivery to clients. - Assist the Corporate Sales team in identifying and qualifying new sales leads
- Schedule and attend meetings and presentations with potential corporate clients
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Sales team as needed
- 3–4 years of experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
