Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage salary structures and ensure they are fair and competitive.
- Conduct salary reviews and recommend adjustments.
- Handle employee benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Ensure all programs meet company goals, budget, and legal standards.
- Payroll Management:
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Handle deductions, bonuses, and resolve payroll issues.
- Coordinate with the finance team to align payroll with financial reporting.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries.
- HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Advise leaders on pay, benefits, and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and laws.
- Support decision-making with data and insights.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns related to pay and benefits.
- Promote transparency and fairness in compensation.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Support salary offers for new hires.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and benefits enrollment.
- Performance & Policy Management:
- Align pay strategies with performance management.
- Develop and update policies to comply with labor laws.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance.
- Data & Reporting:
- Analyze compensation and benefits data.
- Provide reports to leadership to support planning and improvements.
