Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all programs meet company goals, budget, and legal standards.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Handle deductions, bonuses, and resolve payroll issues.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to align payroll with financial reporting.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries.
  • HR Strategy & Leadership:
  • Advise leaders on pay, benefits, and compliance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and laws.
  • Support decision-making with data and insights.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee concerns related to pay and benefits.
  • Promote transparency and fairness in compensation.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Support salary offers for new hires.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and benefits enrollment.
  • Performance & Policy Management:
  • Align pay strategies with performance management.
  • Develop and update policies to comply with labor laws.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance.
  • Data & Reporting:
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data.
  • Provide reports to leadership to support planning and improvements.
