Employee Relations and Engagement Specialist

The HR Specialist for Employee Relations and Engagement will be reporting to the Director for Employee Relations and Engagement and will be responsible for the efficient planning, organizing, and execution of employee engagement programs and strategies, and able to handle labor relations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement :

1. Sends out official HR advisories, memos, and other announcements.

2. Strategizes, plans, and organizes overall Engagement initiatives of the organization to support business

results.

3. Organize employee welfare services such as health and well-being programs, and social activities.

Labor Relations:

1. Represents the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

2. Monitors and ensures the company's compliance with Labor regulations, company standards, and policies. 

3. Handles employee disputes, and cases and administers disciplinary procedures.

Administration:

1. Provide and build excellent customer relationships with its internal and external customers.

2. Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must be a degree holder of Human Resource Management, Psychology. Behavioral Science, or any related course.

2. With at least a year of experience performing in the same capacity.

3. High level of interpersonal skills and integrity:

4. Ability to interact with co-staff, responsible, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

5. Able to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
