Positive Exposure is a multi- discipline consulting company focused on Philippine Tourism. Major projects range from tourism development planning, branding, product development, partnerships and digitalization. Our digitalization initiative transformed into a proprietary tourism digital platform-LovePH.
Love PH is the company's banner product which is scheduled to be launched in Q12026. In collaboration with the Department of Tourism, we have designed a seamless and multifunctional online travel agency where visitors to and in the Philippines can plan, book and pay for their travel needs in one single app. This core product of Positive Exposure aims to revolutionize and transform the tourism industry through its unique and customized features.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire, manage, and strengthen partnerships with tourism enterprises, merchants, and service providers nationwide.
- Lead and oversee the business development and partnership strategies of LovePH and other tourism-related projects under Positive Exposure.
- Drive business growth by identifying, negotiating, and securing key partnerships with tourism enterprises, merchants, and local service providers.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of Business Development Associates to achieve sales targets and partner acquisition goals.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure successful merchant onboarding and long-term partner engagement.
- Represent LovePH and Positive Exposure in high-level meetings, presentations, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and partnerships.
- Develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals and ensure strong market positioning across regions.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and report on sales performance, market trends, and partnership outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of national and regional business acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, government stakeholders, and tourism partners.
- Identify new markets, partnership models, and growth opportunities for the LovePH platform.
- Supervise the BD team, ensuring proper pipeline management, performance monitoring, and deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements to prospective clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure partner satisfaction and alignment with product development.
- Analyze market feedback, competitor movements, and industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Represent the company in trade fairs, industry forums, and networking events.
- Ensure business development activities align with LovePH's overall growth objectives and KPIs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Business Management, or any related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management; experience in tourism, hospitality, e-commerce, or tech platforms is an advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and building strategic partnerships.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring sales or business development teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — able to engage with senior partners, government stakeholders, and clients.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable business plans.- Proficient in sales tracking systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Comfortable in hybrid and field-based work; willing to travel for regional activations and partnership meetings.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passionate about Philippine tourism, digital innovation, and sustainable growth conditions, and continuously optimize performance.
