Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Transformation

  • Lead the planning and execution of business development and transformation strategies to drive growth.
  • Identify and recommend emerging market trends, innovative platforms, and new opportunities for business expansion.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, data analysis, and feasibility studies to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, set quotas, and monitor performance against business objectives.
  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients, nurture leads throughout the sales cycle, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of company products and services to prospective clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities while fostering long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company offerings and evolving industry trends to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Manage and maintain accurate client and prospect records within the contact database.

Events Management

  • Plan, design, and execute impactful events aligned with company and client objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive event policies, procedures, and risk management plans to ensure flawless execution.
  • Create and implement event marketing strategies, promotional materials, and presentations to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Identify, secure, and manage event sponsors, donors, and merchant partnerships.
  • Oversee event budgets, financial planning, and post-event profitability analysis.
  • Manage all event logistics, including pre-event planning, on-the-day operations, and post-event evaluation.
  • Provide high-quality client support by ensuring their goals and needs are met throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Represent the company in internal and external coordination meetings to strengthen partnerships and ensure smooth delivery.
Job Specifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, marketing, or project/event management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of business development strategies, sales processes, and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in planning, marketing, and executing corporate events or large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and understand client needs.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools and event management software is an advantage.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
